Can you add a wireless headset to an older phone? I need to be handsfree at my desk but also able to get up and walk to the door. We are on a cisco phone system. I have setup my header with my phone and can hear the dial tone when I hit the headset button on my cisco phone but when I tested whether I can take a call with the headset, I can’t seem to get it to connect when I hit the silver button on the headset. It ends up turning it off.

I think an important thing to mention to an absolutely non tech savvy person such as myself is that to use it has to be plugged in to the charger cable. The instructions that came with it nor this video mentions that lol
